Provides data relating to electric consumption detected at meter or POD level. The meter data of one or more real estate units can be inserted in the same instance of this UrbanDataset; for the same real estate unit there may be data from different meters (this is the case in which for the same POD there are different meters dedicated to detecting the different end uses of electricity). If the meter is indicated, the data at line level refers to the reading of the single meter
